Shaunelle Curry is an award-winning educator, author, and social entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience helping others reclaim their voice and purpose.
As the founder of Media Done Responsibly and a longtime professor, she has supported thousands—from precocious 5th graders to high school youth navigating trauma, college creatives discovering their voice, and adults launching businesses and passion projects—with the tools to lead, create, and transform.

Shaunelle went on national tour with both the book and play, performing in black box theatres at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, on college campuses, in community centers, and in women’s shelters with Co-Producer Kelley Nicole.
These performances were presented in partnership with agencies serving survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault—helping audiences find voice, resources, and a path to healing through story.
